Parser of real estate objects is a free Chrome add-on developed by ingruserv. This add-on allows users of the Palatar service to add real estate objects from popular platforms such as Avito and CIAN to their catalog with just one click.
With this add-on, users can easily add various types of real estate, including Commercial Real Estate, Sales, Secondary Market, Apartments, Rooms, Studios, Land Plots, Houses, Cottages, and Country Houses.
To use the parser, users need to authorize themselves within the extension by entering their Palatar account login and password. After that, they can navigate to the real estate object page on Avito or CIAN, open the extension, and click on "Create Object".
When parsing a real estate object from Avito, it is necessary to open the phone number in the listing to ensure that all owner's contact information is saved.
